Eat everything in moderation, they say. Doctors, dietitians, nutritionists all say that you can’t exclude food groups from your diet, and that the key for weight management and health lies in the quantity of food you eat, not the quality.


We, as human beings, we need food specific for our species, or we became fat and sick. And it’s not just humans: dogs and cats, our poor pets, are increasingly sick because we don’t feed them what they are supposed to eat, what they evolved to eat: meat, organs and bones, raw.
